3D Cricket Academy is led by founder and head coach Aarav Rajnikanth — ECB Level 2 qualified, and trained under Bharat Arun and R. Sridhar at Coaching Beyond in Chennai, under Dav Whatmore, and under Ash Squire at 360 Cricket Academy in Sydney. He founded the academy in 2026 to give young cricketers in Surrey the kind of coaching he had to travel the world to find.
