The reason

The academy exists for one reason.

Young cricketers don't need more time in the nets. They need the right coaching, the right environment, and the right people.

Cricket has taken me to England, Australia, India and the UAE. I founded 3D Cricket Academy in 2026 to give young cricketers in Surrey what I had to travel the world to find — structured coaching, delivered one-to-one, with genuine investment in every player's development.

This academy is built for players who want more than a net. Coaching. Structure. Feedback. Standards. And someone properly invested in their progress.

My coaching wasn't shaped in a classroom.

I trained under Dav Whatmore during a defining period in India. He taught me how international players prepare, how to simplify the game under pressure, and how to build cricketers who think clearly in match situations.

I have also trained directly under Bharat Arun and R. Sridhar at Coaching Beyond in Chennai, across multiple visits. Bharat spent seven years as India's Test bowling coach. Sridhar spent a decade as India's fielding coach, working alongside him with the same national side. Between them, they shaped one of the most successful eras of Indian Test cricket. Working under them taught me the value of detail, planning, intensity, and building players who understand their own game.

In Sydney, I worked directly under Ash Squire at 360 Cricket Academy. His approach — technically rigorous, mentally uncompromising, always centred on the individual — showed me what a properly run academy looks like from the inside.

Dehradun
Discipline and Foundations

Mumbai cricket is built on hunger, resilience, and valuing your wicket. Training there taught me about performing under pressure — and the discipline required to stand out in Mumbai's cricket culture.

Chennai
Craft and Subtlety

Chennai is where I trained at Coaching Beyond, under Bharat Arun and R. Sridhar. It also introduced me to spin, slower surfaces, and the technical richness of sub-continental cricket — deepening my understanding of patience, craft, and reading the game.

The Sydney chapter

Sydney — inside a professional academy.

At 360 Cricket Academy in Sydney, I worked directly under Ash Squire. He is Cricket Australia Level 3 accredited, Director of Coaching at 360CA since 2005, and assistant coach of the Sydney Sixers WBBL team.

Ash has spent over two decades privately coaching current and former international and first-class cricketers. His academy is known throughout Sydney for producing technically sharp, mentally resilient players.

Working there gave me a hands-on education in how a professional academy actually runs. How sessions are designed. How players at different stages of the pathway are managed. How to deliver coaching that develops cricketers — rather than just putting balls through.

During that time I was involved in and supported coaching sessions with NSW pathway players (U15–U19), Big Bash players, and Australian internationals at U19 and senior level. It exposed me directly to the standards that underpin Australian cricket development.
